| Its name composed of the term “Rocca” and the river name “Fluvione”. It has an ancient history which dates back to the Neolithic era, confirmed by certain remains (helmets, axes, spears, breastplates, fibula) preserved in the Archaeological Museum of Ascoli Piceno.
