Agriturismo Cadabò stays as an evidence of the love for the land that stretches from Misa to Esino valley. It is pervaded by the scents of the local delicacies, made only with organic products. Wine, olive oil, preserves, salami can be purchased and tasted during the stay. What was once a stable has been turned into a refined restaurant where it is possible to taste “gnocchi al sugo di papera”, “roasted goose”, home made cakes and traditionally made salami.
The excellent extra-virgin olive oil is made crushing a prestigious olive variety : “Raggia”- It grows on the land around the farm (20ha) together with vineyards, kitchen garden and woods. If you want to you may help hand picking the olives, or by mowing the lawn. You will so be part of the growth of the natural products. Naturally you will be well repaid with two glorious free meals.
