The philosophy of the owners consists in offering a natural and relaxing stay. This is why the apartments have not been provided with TV (it is anyway possible to get one on request).

The apartments offer different solutions: there are some with just one bedroom, others with two, three bedrooms. The biggest one can host up to 7 people at a time. They are all equipped with kitchenette and sofa bed. The number of lavatories depends on the number of the guests. Some walls inside are all made in bricks, the ceilings are beutiful sustained by wood beams. The furniture chosen is easy going, but cosy and functional.

Each building is provided with a common hall where the hosts organize dinners to introduce the guest sto each other. It is also possible to book the hall for private dinners, maybe using the barbeque. The structure also offers its guests the following services: facilities for the access to disabled people, central heating, TV swimming pool,  lining change, barbecue, washing machines and car park.

The farm produces excellent extra-virgin olive oil. It is obtained through cold crashing. It is on sale also for the guests.

How to get there:

Coming from Rome: take the A1 highway as far as Orte. Then drive towards Ancona, passing by Spoleto, Nocera Umbra, Gualdo Tadino, Osteria del Gatto and Fabriano. Then exit at Jesi Centro. Then follow the signals to Osimo, drive through Pradellona, Case Nuove and at the traffic light in Padiglione take the first turn on the right towards Montefano, After a 7 km drive you will find a country road on your left that leads to the Casa Vacanze

Coming from North or South: Take the A14 highway and exit at Ancona Sud. Then drive towards Osimo and through it, always following the signals to MAcerata. at the traffic light in Padiglione take the first turn on the right towards Montefano, After a 7 km drive you will find a country road on your left that leads to the Casa Vacanze
