Casa Coronilla is located in Pedaso. The town has been built not far from the mouth of the Aso river. The ancient village was overlooked by a church that had been built on the Serrano Mountain. The basis of the mount were violently washed by the waves. A land slide affected the place and the church tumbled down into the sea in 1400. The inhabitants of Pedaso decided to re-build the church down valley. The vegetation is really rich in the area. Several environments coexists in a span of less than 5km: maritime, fluvial and hilly. Casa Coronilla is set on a hill that overlooks Pedaso and the seaside. This area is characterized by a Mediterrean vegetation: Pini d’Aleppo, Lecci and Coronilla Valentina. The property is located close to the town and boasts a wonderful view on the seaside. Thanks to its position the place has some kind of magic even though the layout is not of the most appealing. Casa Coronilla develops on two floors for an average size of 200sqm. The house can be immediately inhabited, but some intervention on the outside layout would embellish it. It is an interesting challenge, we would be glad to see the results one day. Casa Coronilla and 1,000sqm of garden are on sale at 265,900€.
