Production
area
Its disctricts corrisponds to the province of Pesaro-Urbino and includes
the municipal land of Mombaroccio, Petriano, Gabicce Mare, Gradara and
Tavullia, as well as some parts of the territories of Pesaro,
Montelabbate, Sant'Angelo in Lizzola, Colbordolo and Urbino.
Grapevine
Min 85% is made from Trebbiano toscano grapes. It can blended
with up to 15% of other authorized white grapes. Roncaglia can be blended
with only up to max of 15% of Pinot nero.
Characteristics
Appearence: pale yellow in colour.
Scent: pleasant.
Flavour: dry, sapid and harmonious.
Alcohol content: Colli Pesaresi bianco min. 11,5°C; Roncaglia
bianco min. 12°C.
Optimum age
Should be drunk at an early age.

Foods
The delicate bouquet and pleasant dry taste of the Colli Pesaresi bianco,
serves as an excellent aperitif. Preferably serve chilled, it particularly
goes well with fish, crustaceans, molluscs, seafood antipastas and dishes
dressed with a white seafood sauce. Naturally, it cab be served with meat,
however, white meat is better.
