The Piantabete Country House is located within an ancient rural village dating back the XVII century suggestively positioned over the Gerosa Lake with view over the Sibillini Mountains.This place is a crossroads of ancient mountain paths that connect it to the big ways of the Apennines transhumance. In the ancient XVII century village, recently restored according to the local traditions, there are four stone mansions featuring flats and suites with different accommodation solutions that are adapted according to the reservation needs. In one of the buildings, there is a restaurant that offers typical dishes inspired by the local tradition that employs pure organic ingredients. The ancient apartments, recently restored, are made up of large double bedrooms with view over the mountains and the lake, a kitchen with an old oven, a warm living room with a big ancient fireplace and a bathroom. Besides this, there is a cellar, which is the true architectural pearl. Mr. Antonio, the owner, thanks to his delightful politeness and experience is at the clients’ disposal to suggest them guided tours, biking and trekking itineraries, hikes with snowshoes, ski touring and cross-country skiing. The proximity to the Gerosa Lake will allow guests to participate to sailing competitions or courses, rowing, kayak. Furthermore, during summer, guests will have the chance to take part to sculpture courses with art masters.
