The Appennino Apartment has its own independent entrance. The two double bedrooms are both served by central heating and air conditioning. 

There are two exclusive terraces (40sqm + 30sqm) with direct access from the living room. It is possible to add a third bedroom on request. 

The living room with kitchenette (85sqm) is the right place to show off your culinary skills. 

The kitchen is in fact fully equipped: electric and micro-wave oven, 5 fires, fireplace (complimentary wood and coal), not to forget the outside barbecue and oven.

The living room is also equipped for relaxing time: there is a large plasma Tv-Sat, DVD reader, hi-fi system, Dolby Surround and much more. 

The Sibilla Apartment is also served by an independent entrance. 

It has its own kitchen, that is smaller than the Appennino one, but fully equipped. It has a big bedroom and bathroom. 

Guests will have exclusive use of the shaded porch (44sqm), with direct access from the kitchen. 

In the bedroom it is possible to add a bed.
 
On a lower level there is the common hall that is open to all guests. 

There you will find DVD, Tv-Sat, Radio , projector, stereo-phonic system, old long play records, tables, mini bar, reading area.

You will also be granted free use of the computer there (ADSL).

When the apartments are not occupied by guests, the common area can be booked, together with the outside common spaces for parties, ceremonies, meetings and much more.

We can in fact provide for all you might need up to 50 people (tables, chairs, fridges…).
 
On the bottom floor there is an additional apartment with two double bedrooms, both provided with Tv and radio and a large bathroom with shower and a small kitchen. 

On the same level there is the fitness area, (tapis roulant, step, 2 cyclettes) to be used before enjoying some hydro-massage in the swimming pool (also provided with children area).
 
Ask to visit the cellar, where in oak barrels the new 2008 wine is now ready, while the vino cotto is aging since 1975.

Country House Acquaviva offers complimentary red and white wine, vino cotto, olive oil, vinegar produced on site and also tastings of local delicacies.
