Just a short walk from the historical centre of Cagli, in the quiet umbro-marchigiano countryside, you will find the ancient 15^th century country residence Casale Torre del Sasso the ideal lace for a relaxing vacation.
This historical residence, built around a watch tower with dovecote in the 15^th century, together with other nearby structures was part of the defence system of the old city of Cagli, an important municipality on the Flaminian Consular road.
The complex offers friendly hospitality, and takes its guests back to the magic of the distant past. It is surrounded by a spacious park, a pleasant garden, and an inviting swimming pool bordered by local pebbles and in perfect harmony with the surrounding riverside landscape.

How to get there
Adriatic Highway A14 to the Fano Exit – continue on Super Strada, direction Roma to the Cagli Ovest Exit.
At the exit, turn right and after 50 metres turn right again. Follow the narrow asphalt street for about 1 kilometre to "Torre del Sasso"

	Casale Torre del Sasso Cagli The park is just the place for jogging, or practising a bit of archery, it is also the perfect setting for peaceful walks along the pathways that lead to the banks of the river Bosso with its many small beaches where it is still possible to swim in limpid and invigorating water which comes down from the nearby mountains. This country complex is located in an area perfect for truffle-hunting with expert "tartufai" and their specially trained dogs with an infallible sense of smell. Mountain bikers and hikers will find inviting trails in the nearby hills and mountains; there are tails at every level of expertise from the least challenging to those for expert athletes . Within a short distance by car, you can easily visit cities known for their art like Cagli, Urbino and Gubbio, as well as the Adriatic seaside with its lovely beaches. During different periods of the year, Casale Torre del Sasso offers elegant banquets in its evocative salons and in the autumn/winter season you can participate in the interesting artistic and cultural events planned for the "Domeniche del Casale". You can develop your own creativity by taking special courses held by artists and local experts in different fields; you can also take Italian language Institute located in the centre of Cagli, open all year and host to students from all over the world.
