Tenuta Le Piane

Agriturismo Tenuta Le Piane is an holiday complex with different rural units. They are old farmhouse built of local stone and wooden beams, comfortably and tastefully furnished. Each bears the name of a forest tree, testifying to the tradition of the estate. 

Villa L'Acacia

Villa L'Acacia is immersed in vineyards and park land of 5,000 esq. The landscape, dominated by green hills and valleys, is typical of this area which was chosen by the Romans as a holiday retreat. 

The Villa has been renovated with total authenticity retaining many original features, such as beamed ceilings, tiled floors and stonework, and furnished to a good standard with many period pieces and some antiques. 

Even though the Villa is in a quiet and isolated position, it is very easy to reach interesting medieval cities like Fermo (15km) or the Adriatic coast (20km) or to do excursions in the nearby mountains (30km). 

Ground floor: entrance, large living room, dining room, kitchen with oven and dishwasher, toilet. Portico with table and chairs.

First floor: large double bed room with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and Jacuzzi, 3 twin-bedded rooms, bathroom with shower.
